Who are our state representatives in Sacramento?

Every person in California is represented by two people in Sacramento: one Senator and one Assemblymember. Ours are Sen. Christopher Cabaldon, representing Senate District 3, and Asm. Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, representing Assembly District 4. Indivisible has a California-specific initiative to advocate for strong progressive policies called CA State Strong. They help us track priority bills through the California legislature and hold our state reps accountable for their votes just like we do our members of congress.

California has a two-year legislative session that can be confusing when it’s new to you. Fortunately, the Indivisible Team has written The Indivisible Guide to the California State Legislature to explain how it works.

Sen. Cabaldon
